Michael was very professional and polite, easy to work with. He came to install bird proofing for us; explained the process, the material, and what he may have to do (given that there was snow on the roof from the previous day's snow storm). He was cautious but confident that the work could be done. What may have been a 2 day effort managed to be done in 1 due to good conditions of the day. The results look great and hope that we no longer get nesting pigeons to annoy us. I highly recommend him to anyone else who needs this kind of work to be done. Thank you Michael!
